We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is amazing - right in the centre of town, so we were easily able to explore the nearby restaurants and shops. The room was clean and modern, with a great shower and comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also loved the convenience of having a bar and restaurant on-site, perfect for a relaxing evening after a day of sightseeing.
We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The hotel was conveniently close to the city centre, but was nonetheless quiet. Good facilities, fast free wifi connection, tea-making facilities etc
The bathroom needs renovation; the WC cistern leaked and was not repaired despite my complaining about it twice. The hotel has started a programme of renovation though, and will probably soon completely renovate the room.

Staff very unhelpful making no effort to help guests. Hotel should at least provide a kettle for boiling water to make coffee.

Had really really nice experience, overall good quality place.
The hotel was located near a nice local market as well as the restaurants. Loved to spend 2 days in our brand-new superior queen room with nice view on the mountains, a very modern bath, great shower. The amazing location was right next to a compact park.

The room was very comfortable and the bed provided a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was convenient, within easy walking distance to the city center. the breakfast offered was enjoyable and satisfactory.
The staff could have been more attentive and helpful throughout my stay. They seemed to lack proper communication and customer service skills.
